Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Every WildK9 product is carefully inspected and hand-packed to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.

Returns

Because each order is carefully inspected and prepared especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in worse condition than expected, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. We’ll be happy to work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, claims must be submitted within this timeframe. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process claims received after this period.
